1. Content Generation and Ownership

• All coloring pages generated through our service become part of our public library
• Generated content is available to all users for download and use
• Once generated, coloring pages cannot be deleted as they become part of our collective resource
• You maintain rights to your personal data, but not to the generated coloring pages

2. Usage Limitations

• Free users are limited to 3 generations per day
• Free downloads are limited to 3 coloring pages per day
• Generated content must not violate any copyright or intellectual property rights
• NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content is strictly prohibited and filtered

3. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service may be occasionally disrupted for maintenance or updates.

4. Content Guidelines

Users agree not to generate:

• Explicit or adult content
• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Violent or disturbing imagery
• Content that infringes on others' rights

5. Commercial Use

• Generated coloring pages are for personal use only
• Commercial use requires appropriate subscription plan
• Redistribution of generated content is prohibited
• Bulk downloads are restricted to paid plans

6. Changes to Terms
